Chaos

    The Earth runs off of chaos. The whole idea of random, catastrophic events scares us, but is a natural part of the world. Volcanos and earthquakes are results of the earth's instability.

    It could be argued that everything is predictable with enough processing power and  the right mathematical algorithms, and I would agree except for the fact that such a machine would create new unknowns. People would abuse its knowledge and create chaos once again.

    Everything is predictable until you predict it.
