Lunar Perigee

    This May 5th and 6th, the moon will be closer to the Earth than any other day in 2012. This occurrence is not expected to cause massive tides, despite superstition (I'd watch for werewolves though ;P ). Ocean waters will rise only a little more than an inch. Whatever you believe in, this is sure to be a sight to see!
